Sterilization Services

The company operates several large ethylene oxide sterilization cabinets, with a total daily sterilization capacity of 70 cubic meters of products, and the entire sterilization process is monitored by computer. The facility is fully equipped, featuring a forced‑heat pre‑treatment chamber, an ETO off‑gassing chamber with forced ventilation, wireless temperature/humidity sensors for sterilization validation, a microbiology laboratory (for sterility testing), and a gas chromatograph for analyzing ETO residuals—among other precision analytical instruments. With more than two decades of expertise in ETO sterilization, the company has amassed extensive experience; since 2002, it has maintained long‑term sterilization partnerships with numerous domestic and international clients, and its sterilized products are exported worldwide. In addition, the company has established a comprehensive, scientifically sound quality management system and has successfully obtained ISO 13485 certification as well as ISO 11135 certification for ETO sterilization.
